Life Hacks 101

Today, I am taking a moment to give you 6 (six) Life Hacks that hopefully you will find helpful in your everyday routines that will make life a little easier. Enjoy.

1.To reduce BLOATING drink ginger tea or try some ginger root.

2.If you need help RELAXING place 8 drops of lavender oil into a warm bath followed by sipping a cup of hot chamomile tea and honey.

3.To increase and speed up HAIR GROWTH(including eyebrows, hairline and eyelashes) after washing and conditioning your hair apply 4 to 6 drops of

tea tree oil on your scalp, brows or lashes.

4.Prevent HACKERS from obtaining your online information by creating accounts that do not have your full name or date of birth and schedule to

update password every 2 months.

5.Keep your CELL PHONE from lagging or freezing by clearing your cache daily, A memory booster app will also help with optimization.

6.Brighten your black sweaters and tops by applying and then removing the sticky side of duct tape to your clothing and then place your garment into a bowl

of cold water with a few drops of black food coloring. Allow to soak

for 10 minutes and dry.
