Can you look at your life and honestly say that you are living the best life possible?

Can you say without a question or doubt that you are feeling better than you have ever felt?

In some way, form or fashion we all want to not only live but enjoy life.

Make every moment count. Make every memory last. Make certain that your mind, body and soul are in a healthy and fit state. Youthfulness is a great attribute that surpasses age and defies time. Youthfulness is fresh looking skin, a beautiful infectious smile, a tone body, a healthy head of hair and pretty nails, hands, toes and feet. Youthfulness is how you move, every dance step, every walking stride, every hop skip or jump chancing behind your kids or playing with a loved one. Youthfulness is traveling and venturing out to destinations you have not seen before, creating new adventures and plans.

We all have the wherewithal to stay forever young. But the sad thing is that too many of us fall short of a few of the things I mentioned in the paragraph above. One thing, that I absolutely hate is to see someone that I went to school with and they look old as hell.(most of the people I went to school with look good as fuck btw, but there are a few that look aged) We all are pretty much in the same age group and no matter where we are in our lives or what stresses we may endure from work, family, school, relationship or finances we should always remember to distress our mind and body, remove toxins from our body and take time for ourselves to spoil and pamper so that no one can guess our age, so that we feel younger than ever, so that we can, "hop our pretty ass up on the hood of that pretty ass car. When you are living your best life, you will feel your best, you will look your best, you will be in the best shape possible, you will be more conscious of the world around you and the things that are going on. 'Forever Young' is not only a song but if you listen to the words it's taking you backwards and reminiscing and if we all can hit the pause button on this very moment in our lives we should still be able to say that these are the best times of our adult lives, we should be able to say that we looked our best during these moments, we should have some amazing experiences to recall during these moments and once we fast forward we should be able to look back and say these were absolutely some of the BEST moments of our life!

Let's stay, 'Forever Young".
