There are so many amazing benefits of yoga. So, I did a bit of research to provide my readers with some great information. Quite a few people swear by yoga and then there are those that don't quite understand it. Well let me help.

Some physical benefits of yoga include: 1. Increased flexibility 2. Increased muscle strength and tone 3. Improved respiration, energy and vitality 4. Maintaining a balanced metabolism 5. Weight reduction 6. Cardio and circulatory health 7. Improved athletic performance 8. Protection from injury

You must admit those are great benefits for the  maintenance and up keep of our bodies. On days where you don't feel like a cardio work out but still want to physically move your body and get some type of exercise in...... Yoga would be a great alternative.
