Let go and release messy drama, hate, misundertandings, judgement, tension and negativity from your mind and body. To many people fall ill from mess, it is consuming and it does have an affect on your body. Sometimes, just having a relaxing drink or a good heart to heart talk is good enough but there are times where things can be simply overbearing and you must debunk and gain clarity while connecting to the universe's energy and light.

Letting go of things that consume you is the healthiest way of getting back to a happy and positive place mentally and physically. You feel renewed and refreshed once you let go and recharge your senses with positive energy. Meditation has been around for centuries and is practiced by millions of people all over the world. Learn how to release your tension and anxiety by exercising some of the ancient meditation practices, because they will help you during your long week at work and with the kids after a strenuous day.

Try creating an area in your home for relaxing and incorporate a space for a yoga mat so that you can meditate in this peaceful area of your home. Soothing music, deep breathing, no kid zone, no phone zone as well as all things that can be labeled as a distraction should be kept away from this area. Beautiful stones that absorb light and energy from the sun are also recommended in this area and remember that your place of zen can be inside or outside of your home. Let go of that mess!
