Boss Up or Shut Up

There are so many people out there that have so many ideas that they never get to live out. Probably because the everyday hustle and bustle does not allow you time for much else. 

Sometimes you have ideas and you run and tell everyone before you begin on making any moves at all. However, this is a big mistake! Before, you yell to the world your new business idea, wedding goals, baby shower idea, birthday celebration plan or vacation ideas. You may want to lock it in first, let it be more than just an idea by taking the appropriate steps to commit to what it is you want to do. 

It is annoying to hear someone say, "I am about to" or "I wanna," however you never seem to see their actions implemented.  When you never make good on your plans those around you begin to not believe you. So, stop being a (Gonna person) and be someone that has and executes a plan. Show people that you're serious about accomplishing your goals, no matter what goal it is (how simple or complex).

You should learn to decipher who needs to know and those that aren't worth mentioning your plans to. Always be aware that not everyone is rooting for you. Always be aware that not everyone wants you to succeed. Always be aware of the people that may not want you to do better than them. Certainly make yourself knowledgeable of those that truly believe in you and your goals. But, Bitch it is time to get your shit together and make some moves. Focus on what you want and make it happen. No success comes overnight and no billionaires got where they are by depending on others to make their dreams come true. I lost my business last year but guess what I did not throw myself a pity party. I have come back full force ready to build multiple sources of income from my dreams. Because, being able to start over from scratch makes me want it more and where I come from you are not a real boss unless you can lose it all and gain it all back! So, I say to those that will read this to stop talking about it and be about it.
